Oil on canvas 16 x 20 ... (this was done on a sheet of canvas from one of those canvas pads - guess that passes for a sketchbook? LOL

What kind of brush did you use, That's an interesting texture for oils, did you use it thinned out?
Yea' I used a 5/8 "Slant" brush. Yeah i did think it out a little with "Liquin"
I mainly use Liquin to make the paint flow... also use in for glazing (in this case there was no glazing).
This is a single layer (coat) sketch.
You painted that easel too? It looks real!
