When i first got to art school BACK IN 94 this video had just came out. I remember looking at it and was like yo that's what I wanna do. I had never seen cartoons and hip hop put together like this before. Well as you know the rest is history.

Wow, man I really slept on this one. This is the first time I'm seeing this! Fresshhhh!
this was a classic back in the day. The animation is limited as hell but back then I was like "Yoooooo thats the stupid fresh." I forgot who the artist is for this. Anyone know?
I got a Short story for this one:
HAHAHAHA, "The Prophet!" I had the same reaction man, I was At H.S of Art and Design in NYC, freshman year. This video blew my mind, then I would realize about ten yrs later that all the cats that worked on it where partners of mine in the animation industry in NY. When they found out how big a fan I was, they hooked me up with some original artwork from the video for my birthday. It was all done with old school design markers man! shit don't get more realler than that. In terms of the artist my boy Pete List designed a couple of the characters and animated most of it.
