Since it is a new week I wanted to finally post up a topic. Mine is MARTIAL ARTS! Yeah! Let's draw an image of anything relating to the martial arts. You can draw Bruce Lee, Jim Kelly, your son with his white belt . . . go crazy! I did this sketch of my Capoeira Angola group playing in a roda (ho-dah). Capoeira is and African martial art with roots in Angola which developed in Brazil. So your art form can be from anywhere not just what you see on tv. There are so many forms. If you want to try something different research some and share the history with us!

Shwuh-pisht! Bus' out dem' pencils yo!

I absolutely love the energy in your sketches. Your lines look so effortless. I labor and stress over every line I do. You give your forms great volume also. Even with out shadows I can believe the fullness and volume of your figures. All of them being firmly planted in a solid stance. Sketches (most times) can tell more about a persons artistic ability then thier finished product. Good work! Peace!

I have to agree on that one, serious skill on the line works man. Your drawings look like they move.
