Work In Progress
S'up yall ... This is a (W.I.P) character I've been working on lately. She is an artist and the main character of a graphic novel I'm working on. The patch on her arm "doesn't" represent America - there is a deep story that I have been developing for "years" (literally) behind it.
I am planning to change the color of the shirt to contrast with the background. I am also going to define the clouds more.
Let me know what you think.

Good look but I'm going to give you a tip. Too not make it look too photoshop get some new brushes and not the default ones and learn about your brush options. Too don't use White or black. If so make the on in Value but not in Hue changes. Just change your sliders to CMYK and don't use K (black) any.
She needs more value in her shoulders and torso area. Blur your eyes a little and she disappers. Looks good but I think it can be pushed.
Pretty lady. I like your expression and hair. Are those finger waves?
I agree on the tips. yeah pure black hardly exists on humans. everything is muddled. blurred.
Interesting tips. I can take those pointers myself. I like her face. She looks like a real sista that you would see around the way. Very natural looking. \
Thanks for the helpful input. I am definitely gonna use it.
I'm diggin the hair mah man. Can't wait to see it finished. If you want we could collab and I can show you some skin brush techniques.
